Constructed of Tunnel Form Cast-in-Place Concrete, this 31-Story Tower consists of 184 luxury multi-family apartment units with a total of 419,000 SF and a 9-story garage with 302 parking spaces. It is the first LEED Certified High Rise Multi-family project in Austin and placed in NAHB's (National Association of Home Builders) 2010 National Multi-family Housing Industry's Pillars Awards in the category of Best High-Rise Apartments Over 9 Stories. The project was completed in 2009.
