This project is 4-story Type VA wood frame construction with a 7-story Type 1A precast concrete, 413 space parking structure. It includes 333 multi-family apartment units ranging in size from 720 to 1,289 SF. Sited on 4.22 acres at 79 DU/AC, the project was completed in the Fall 2020.
